Frangieh: Why restrict calls for weapons free areas to Beirut and not the whole of Lebanon except for the south of Lebanon?
Following his meeting with UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon Michael Williams, Marada Movement leader MP Sleiman Frangieh asked why calls are only being made to make Beirut free of arms, and not all regions other than the South. He added that Hezbollah's armed presence is needed in the South to confront Israel.
